Part 6
Part 6![](1-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-0.png)
You know, despite the rumors, Sherwood Forest isn't all that scary or difficult to navigate.
![](2-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-2.png)
All our favorite critters from Locksley Castle except the wolves make a return, but there's nothing else to worry about. There's barely even any loot; an apple, red potion, and a dagger are all I found.

A little ways to the north, we run into a very... eccentric man spinning a stick over and over again.

You can run away safely if you need time to heal or something. He'll make fun of you for it, but that's about it.

And good GOD that is a lot of hit points.
![](10-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-21.png)
John is a huge difficulty curve for only being the second duel of the game. Unlike the axeman, he can duck, jump, and high jump. His range is a little short, but he can attack faster and more frequently.
![](11-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-29.png)
The best tactic in defeating John holds true for most duels: Use the terrain to your advantage. John can't hurt you if you're a little lower down than he is, so the tree stump and the blue rock are both useful if you can lure him onto them. The rock is a bit riskier since he isn't pushed back by attacks, but you can do incredible damage as long as he doesn't break out of it.
![](12-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-31.png)
![](13-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-32.png)
Even though it sounds like he wouldn't kill you if you lost, it's still game over. Go figure.
Good thing we're Robin Hood!

And so, the Sometimes-Bearded Little John joins us.

(The camp music is the same as the music outside Locksley Castle... for now.)
So... the camp consists of two guys playing with a doll house, a lumberjack, a deranged Australian with a twirling stick and his son, and a guy wearing a cowboy hat...? Well, whatever. Let's talk to the lackeys first.
![](19-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-68.png)
So the guys playing house are building schematics for the camp? Huh. Okay.
![](20-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-70.png)
Considering they were going to build houses on top of the trees, this is probably not the most productive use of manpower.
Time for Mr. Cowboy's turn at speaking.

![](22-Will.png)
Apparently that's good enough for Robin, because that's all the dialogue has to say.
![](17-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-54.png)
So, who is this weird guy who wants us to stop the wedding, anyway?
![](23-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-65.png)
...Eh? Will Scarlett? That doesn't look like...
![](24-Will-Scarlett-will-scarlett-22255875-470-313.jpg)
Hmm...
![](25-will2.gif)
No... that's not it...
![](26-Will_Scarlet3.jpg)
...Ohhhh! Yeah, okay, I remember Will! Cool beans.
Join us next time, as we apparently crash a wedding!
![](27-Robin_Hood_-_Prince_of_Thieves-72.png)
Twirling sticks may be involved.
